Thank you Racheal for organizing such wonderful activity at the 'Hardrock' rock climbing session. It is really a challenging sport, where I enjoyed it thoroughly. All 14 of the lab members enjoyed ourself there. 
It is all about determination - Ichinen......
and don't forget about muscles training.
